Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is an art and a science of mind/body communication. Neuro refers to your neurology, or nervous system. Linguistic refers to language, both words that are spoken and body language (unspoken). Programming refers to how that neural language operates. In other words, NLP is the language of your mind and body! NLP is a powerful, accelerated modality to restore body-mind unity and get the mind/body communication in sync, working in harmony to heighten the awareness of moments of choice for a life experience of wholeness!

NLP is an approach to communication and personal development created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s. It is based on the premise that there is a connection between the neural process, language, and learned behavioral patterns, and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life. NLP can treat problems such as phobias, depression, tick disorders, and learning disorders.

Although the original techniques of NLP were therapeutic in orientation, their generic nature enables them to be applied in other fields such as sales, negotiation, management training, team building, and public speaking.
