Shelly’s Root Cause philosophy goes like this. If you pull a weed and you break it off and leave the roots what happens? It grows back. If you pull a weed and its entire root system, the weed is gone for good. Our unwanted thoughts, beliefs, and patterns can be compared to weeds. The “roots” are our negative emotions that are correlating with the “weed” of our unwanted circumstances or behaviors, bad habits, and suffering. If the negative emotions (roots) aren’t cleared, they continue to cycle in and out of our life.

It can take years to recognize and clear these patterns on our own, but with the guidance of a skilled professional like Shelly, it can take hours not years.
